The Mobile Asteroid Surface Scout (MASCOT) is a small landing package onboard the Japanese space probe Hayabusa-II built by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). MASCOT was delivered by DLR.
DSI provided the QM and FM boards of the On-Board Computer (OBC). The OBC is the central unit of MASCOT and controls and monitors the scout. Additionally, it handles the payloads.
